The Annapurna Trail

The Annapurna region is one of the most popular areas for trekking and is well served by Pokhara - the main hub and staging post for the region situated North-West of the Kathmandu Valley. Pokhara is easily reached by road from Kathmandu (about 7 hours by public bus, around 5 hours by car or 25 minutes by air).
