Fewa Tal in the Pokhara Valley is the second largest lake in Nepal. In the middle of the lake is an island on which the Barahi Temple pays homage to the deity believed to live in the lake. At festival times, a wide variety of people make their way to the popular Lakeside area for celebrations so if your timing's right you can combine a boat trip with the fun of a festival.
