11. Power to cancel the permit:
The NMA may cancel or withdraw the climbing permit at any time with or without showing any particular reason.

12. Non-compliance with the regulations:
Where any trekking party acts in contravention of the climbing permit or indulges in acts of unsocial or outrageous behaviour contrary to the customs and culture of the people of Nepal, the NMA may recommend to HMG that it takes the necessary measures in accordance with article 37 of the Mountaineering regulations 1979.

13. Protection of the Environment:
Base Camp and other camps will be left perfectly clean at the conclusion of the climb. No foreign materials such as fix ropes, pitons etc. shall be left on the mountain. All rubbish and waste material must be bunt or otherwise disposed of.

14. Revision of the regulations:
